Hub offset 1940 M21

Is there any offset of either the front or rear hubs?  When I laced them I centralised them and the wheels aligned.  I am going to replace them with SS spokes and wanted to check if anyone knows if there is any offset.  Front forks are girders and rear is rigid.

Presumably you have the speedo drive on the left side hub? These are the forks that are splayed out on that side. Here is the offset info that I have acquired over the years. Ron
