Clutch sleeve thread/

Hi gents wonder if anyone could solve a little puzzle regarding thread type on the 1965 a65 clutch sleeve? Tried my normal extractor used for my 1967 hornet etc but it wont fit! So are there 2 extractors?. Must admit didn't realise there were so much difference between early and later clutch assembly. If anyone might provide a part number i would be most grateful.  Thanks Dave.

Up to 1965 has a finer thread, same as A10 4 spring. Part 61 1912
