When I owned my R3, I used LP Williams for some spares and have been told Rob North Triples provide decent parts, but I never dealt with them. HTH.

As Ian says LP Williams and Rob North are the places to go for Rocket 3 spares. You are abit limited in this country for Rocket 3 spares. I have used LP Williams many times, always very helpful.
