brake/clutch lever, cable barrel and nipples wanted

Hi All.
I'm in need of 2 cable barrels and nipples to suit the BSA pre-war clamp on levers, Does anyone know of a source or happen to have any surplus to their needs? 
Cornucopia, who have them listed, have not had any for at least 9 months and have no idea when they will have stock again.
Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks
