1973 Thunderbolt

Can anyone tell me if the OIF 1973 Thunderbolt came with a Rev counter as a standard fitting. The one I went to look at only had a speedo fitted on the left fork stanchion. the owner said the rev counter was a factory extra. It looks unbalanced without the Tacho

                  The Tacho part number 19-8950 was only listed for the Lightning and Firebird.
