Hi . Can anyone tell me what the timing figures are for this camshaft .Thank you .

Haynes manual says timing for the Sports cam is:

Inlet open 51 deg BTDC
Inlet close 68 deg ABDC
Exhaust open 78 deg BTDC
Exhaust close 37 deg ATDC
