Gas anyone had any experience fitting a Chinese Carburetor to a B44 Victor?

Doubt it, so many other choices and you can get jets much easier. Loads of good 2nd hand stuff for sale.

Hello,

I do know of one person who fitted a Chinese carb. to an A10.  He said that it ran OK but the quality was not that good but for what he paid for it he was happy.
I suppose if you are not bothered about authenticity and only occasionally ride then it may be a cheap alternative.  I think that the Indian RE carbs work on the singles with adjustments to jets etc.

Dave.

I have a chinese pwk copy on my A65T works well and starts better from hot than it did with amal carb fitted.

The std pwk jets fit, quality i would say is ok not great.

For £20 its better than an old worn out amal.

;)
