I'm restoring a 1963 C15 Trials bike, goose neck frame, to stock not for Comp, and am searching for a high level exhaust pipe that will suit the 40-2814 silencer, Bsa call the silencer a megaphone in their spares book for reasons only known to Bsa .. ( It's the long thin silencer)
I have tracked down suppliers of the silencer, ( I think), but need to find a high level pipe similar to the one pictured on the cover of Rupert Ratio's third Volume ' Lesser Known Models'.
The only pipes I have seen seem to point the silencer upwards. I'm after a horizontal silencer. ( picky eh..)
RR's bike on the book cover is spot on.
Much appreciate any pointers as to who might stock the pipe.
