Hi All

Can anyone definitively confirm/deny the speedo bulb holder (push in claw type) for a Smiths speedo on a 72 oif A65, listed as 19-1348 is the same as the pilot bulb holder listed as 54573590? (or maybe 554710?)

There's plenty of listings on eBay for the pilot bulb holder stating 'also fits speedo/tacho' but I have a shelf full of stuff I've bought for the 'also' which never quite seems to fit...

Check out Paul Goff. He does a lot of electrical stuff, LEDs, light fittings and he can be contacted if you have a question.

Yes! That is if it's the Lucas headlamp you are using as opposed to Wipac Quadoptic for instance. I use the same holder for both. The prongs on the new ones are quite stiff and you may think its a dud but it will fit with a push.
