Hello All, I have just started to rebuild a 1956 D3, it is very rare here in rural Canada, ( in fact it is the only one I have encountered). I have lots of experience with its big brothers, but no experience with the direct lighting system, which is virtually non existent on this bike. Anyone willing to guide me through it, or perhaps point me in the direction of a good manual or wiring diagram? Also looking for the necessary parts, any advice appreciated. Thanks.

If your engine number includes a letter "B" it would have the DC circuit with battery charging.
