Title: Correct clutch adjustment for C12 (1958)
Post by: Joe L on 13 Jul, 2019, 16:13
Can anyone advise on the correct clutch adjustment for a C12?  My problem is I am unable to adjust the fulcrum arm to 3/16ths correctly as stated in the manual.  I may be misunderstanding the instruction as to where the 3/16ths is measured from. I understand it is measured from the back of the connecting rod to the inside of the casing but is it up or down?  I let the clutch out and it surges forward and stalls. I have replaced the clutch steels and cork plates.
