Title: Newish Member is there an OIF forum for those who like the post art nouveau look

Hi There
Whilst appreciating the heritage of BSA it seems that their swan song of 1971/72 seems to be looked down upon. One could argue that they should have looked in that direction back in the mid sixties instead of peddling out the same old designs. And triumph took their design and went forward with it (although some thought for too long - sounds familiar). Any way I now have a 1971 thunderbolt undergoing strip and rebuild, a 1971 Lightning that is spotless and a 1972 Lightning Cafe racer which is spanking.

Welcome to the Forum, looks nice and where did you get the front mudguard. I have just finished an OIL T/Bolt, heavy old beast.
