Hi out there
I've misplaced my Rupert Ratio frame book and I need the info quick for my wheelbuilder. Could anyone tell me what the front wheel offset is for my Victor Special? I'm sure it's in the RR book. My front wheel was rusted through at the rim and had distorted badly, so couldn't take measurements off it. The wheel is a QD item.

Hi Nick - according to RR
6"Conical and 8" Conical are 1/2" offset
7" 2LS is 1/4"
8" Half width is 9/16"
8" Full width is 1/4"
Hope that covers it.
