Morning all. Rain and even a bit of wet snow down here in Devon today - grim. Roll on spring.
I'm looking for a cable tie to secure my battery on my 1965 B40F. My first port of call (Vehicle Wiring Products) didn't have the size I wanted this morning. Anybody know where I could buy a small quantity (say 6, or 10, something like that), about 500mm long and at least 6mm wide? (The ones I've got are 370mm long and that's not quite long enough.) Lots of places seem to sell them by the hundred, which is too many.

I have half a dozen you can have 300 mm long 4 mm wide, you could join together. I can post them FOC. Regards. UK that is.
Thanks A10JWO but I already have some which are 370mm long. I just wanted to use a single one rather than several. Actually I might look to get some kind of a re-usable strap rather than a plastic cable tie. I'll have a look round I guess. Thanks again anyway. Phil.
What about cutting down an old trouser belt.
