Hi i have recently puchased a 1971 lightning and now want to register it i have the nova certificate and usa title. My problem is that the usa title states the manufacture year is 1979 and obviouly i dont want the bike registered as a 1979 so what do i need to do to prove the bike is a 1971 to the dvla any help and advice would be much appreciated cheers shedman
