Title: A65L static timing

Hi all am I right in thinking that with the timing plug in position and the pointer on the alternator side lines up with the dot that the engine is on compression or might it engine need turning once more. Roy

Check compression stroke by looking at the valve positions with rocker cover off - both valves closed means you're on compression stroke for that cylinder.
