Title: A10 small journal crank sludge trap thread
Post by: RICH on 16 Aug, 2018, 15:28
Hi,

Can anyone confirm what the thread form is for the sludge traps on a small journal crank. I have measured what was left of the plug and it looks like it's going to be around 20 tpi, but what thread form? I need to clean the crank up because the previous person to reassemble it went crazy with the center punch!

Hi,
I believe they are 5/8 cycle 20 tpi option.
