Title: Rocker feed banjo bolt hole size
Post by: limeyrob on 01 May, 2026, 08:24
There are two bolts listed:
65-0317
65-0306

My parts book shows 65-0317 which Draganfly show as the 1/64 hole which I'm assuming is the small hole.

Which size hole is right for my '59 RR?

Thanks

65 317 is listed for inlet and exhaust in the 1954 and later parts book. 65 306 listed in the earlier books so looks like it was superceded by 65 317.

Gold Stars, I think from the CB series, used 65 318 on the exhaust, this has a larger hole. I use one on my A10 exhaust.

Different manufacturers seem to have different views on the size of the holes. The bolts supplied by Eddie Dow with his alloy rocker feed conversion had quite large holes as you can see in the photo.
