Title: BSA Breakers?
Post by: mikescott on 19 Apr, 2026, 20:51
Hello all - does anyone have any info about good breakers likely to stock late A65 parts, or any BSAOC member breaking one? I'm restoring a 1970 model and will need various bits - I'd prefer to get good used parts rather buy new if possible. In particular, I'm looking for a tank and a headlight.

I'm in Nottingham, but will check out possibilities anywhere!

Thanks

Don't think you'll find many breakers of old British bikes now. Probably Ebay and 'jumbles would be your best bet.

Autojumbles are good, I use bot autojumbles and e-bay and prices vary a lot. The best bargains are when they are packing up at the autojumble ;D
Try posting in the wanted section on this forum and in the magazine too.

You could try Owens motorcycles in Wrexham. Goggle him for details.
He is a breaker of British motorcycles.
