I've always wondered what happened to this bike and always regretted selling it. I had it for five years apart from a brief period when l sold it to my brother in law and bought it back after he past his test.
With fatherhood imminent l reluctantly parted with it in 1980.
The owner ran up to me in the street a few weeks later and told me he was really pleased with it.
He clearly didn't ever pay road tax for it though as the DVLA register indicates. Crashed ,stolen or tucked away for 46 years?
It is or was, a 1967 C15G ,ex police l think, reg PGP282E .
A run- in with a car coming from a side turning led to a frame change and blue respray so if it's still out there it won't be black as in the picture.20260404_064439.jpg
