Title: 1954 BSA B31Plunger parts number
Post by: briancairns on 21 Jan, 2026, 12:33
Hi,
I have 1954 BSA B31 plunger ( M20 engine I think).
Does anyone know the part number for the brass bush in the picture? The kick start quadrant fits over this but there is a lot of play which I think is causing kickstart issues.
Thanks in advance

Brian

It may be 66-3133 but do check that as there are some variations.

Looked at the parts diagram on Dragonfly Motorcycles website, and it lists part No 67-3153 for the kickstart bush.
But do check.

Just had another look, and for the earlier gearbox,it lists part number 24-4258.
Looks like you have three part numbers to check.
I have bought from Dragonfly a few times.Good service.

Thnaks all,

Think its definitely 66-3133 as there is a cut out for speedo cable and is brass.
24-4258 is the kickstart spindle bush outer and 67-3153 is bush for outer case

Thanks
