Title: Gold Star Dresser Bars - where do they fit?

Hi folks, Ive just taken delivery of a set of 'Dresser' Bars (aka Crash Bars). Has anyone else got these? If so, where abouts do they bolt on to the bike?
Any help would be much appreciated.
