Hi!
Would anyone know what size, spec (WM2, or WM3) the correct wheel rims are for a 1960 BSA M21 AA model plunger? The 1958 parts list mentions a different part number for the rear rim of the AA model and regular model (AA = 66-6054 and others = 66-6077.
-The front is listed as 67-5543/3. The parts list mentions a long spoke for the AA rigid, but no mention of the plunger. This wheel has then 8" brake drum.
Best Regards,
Glenn
Feked are showing 66-6054 as WM3. I would expect the rear to be 7" drum, 8 " single sided on the front.
I saw that too, tey listed this as a 19 inch WM3. However they list this as OEM: 66-6077, 66-6054, 66-6054/3, and I thought there must be a difference when the parts manual listed these separately. Theyn also list the front wheel rim 67-5543 as a WM2 19 inch. I'm assuming the front and back would both be WM3 or WM2?

Not seen a WM3 on the front, pretty much always WM2 on the front.
I believe the WM20 has WM3 rims front and rear. So it would be quite normal for both rims to be different?

Is there one you can go and have a look at? There was an AA outfit at Beaulieu. I was crawling on the floor at the Sammy Miller museum trying get a picture of the rear tyre size on a Road Rocket!
