Hello,
I have decided to build the M20 to as near the full Deluxe spec as I can and have ordered an Indian made panel tank. The problem I have is that the oil indicator buttons fitted in the panel seem to be unobtainable leaving me with limited choices. I could solder a plate over the hole and fill or the better option, I feel, is to make a dummy button on the lathe that could be replaced should a real one turn up. Could anyone provide me with the dimensions of the visible part of the assembly to make a passable dummy?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
