Title: B25SS Crank shaft oil seal orientation
Post by: Edbrooke on 07 Jan, 2025, 20:33
Hi Currently rebuilding an ex police 1971 B25SS
I have a quick question on fitting the crankshaft oil seal into the drive side crankcase.I don't know which way round the oil seal is fitted. Is it lip first (A) to keep the engine oil inside the crankcase.Or lip out (B) to keep the primary oil in the primary drive case. Hope the question makes sense.
Thanks for any advice Edders
