after some time I am back and need an advice...
I am running my bike after several fixes (top end rebuild, new cylinders with new bore, new oil pump).
Bottom end looked well so engine wasn't striped down.
Bike has around 700 km after new bore.
There is a little worm in my head :)
I have higher oil consumption than I expected - approx 0,1 l / 100 km.
No blue smoke.
But I noted engine oil leak from area of engine sprocket - I suppose that it will be from engine breather...
Another thing what I noted, when I changed oil pump was, that camshaft has 0.2 mm endfloat.
I would expect that with spring between engine breather disc and camshaft would be camshaft returned back into position after I push on it and realese it.
So my suspiction is that there is either broken spring or is missing what causing the oil leak and maybe engine ratling.
Could you tell me your opinion if my doubts are correct?
Especially the ratling sound - I never heard other BSA A50/A65 so I am missing comparison...
