Hey all, so as part of my B44 SS build, I've noticed my rear wheel sprocket has 52 teeth, but the manual says 47. Presuming I should source the correct one?
The 52 looks in decent nick but (as akin to a pushbike), popping a new chain (as I intend to) on an old sprocket may prematurely wear the latter out, so should I just buy a (47 tooth) rear sprocket?
thx
What do you want to use the bike for? Also - have you checked the number of teeth on the engine and gearbox sprockets?
Thanks for your reply, so the front sprocket looks to have around 18/19 teeth (hard to tell as it's in the bike). I'm not sure on the internal ones but should be standard.
I plan on using it for road riding (not offroad), local around here and club runs (planning to join when it's working).
