TQF is about a 5. Any bike shop will sell a range of different rate. The thicker the oil the more damping you will get.

Hi,
I have just bought a litre of SAE20 fork oil from Westway Lubricants on EBay for £11.99 including postage.
Took 2 days to be delivered.
