Title: ZB32/34 frames.
Post by: V500 on 13 Apr, 2024, 09:13
The ZB32 or 34 Goldie frames as used in the early 1950s, do they differ at all from the standard roadster B31 frames? Extra or missing lugs etc maybe?

For the plunger models the front frame section was the same as B31/33 but the Chainstay/backstay section at the rear was different with lugs to accommodate the rearset footrests and shorter rear brake pedal.

Thinking about it, so would they trials or scrambles versions have these lugs too then?

Probably, but with the standard footrests and brake pedal fitted.
