Title: BSA B25 / Triumph TR25 Valve Springs
Post by: Beesy on 02 Apr, 2024, 17:10
This might seem like a daft question. But I'm looking to confirm if the valve springs are identical between these models. I have a 1969 B25 starfire already. But now also have a 1970 Triumph TR25. I'm looking for a set a valve springs for the triumph. I was under the impression thst the engines are identical (castings even have BSA and BSA part numbers on them). Checking places like Draganfly, they list stock for the BSA but not for the triumph.

Grateful if anyone can confirm.

Cheers Beesy.

Yep they are identical.
Whether you will find any modern replacements which are identical to the originals is a different matter...

The best springs I've found, and are 'original', not generic modern pattern/aren't the same as..... are these;

That seems an awfully long link so I hope it works.

Paul.
