Shortly will be putting my 1969 B25 Fleetstar back together following paint job. Unfortunately the labels I put on the oil pipes have become illegible. Am I right in thinking the left spigot on the manifold under the engine (N/S on UK bike) is the return to the top of the oil tank? TIA

easiest thing, squirt some oil down both pipes, turn the engine over either by crank nut or in gear with plug out, the one that sucks in is in from oil tank, the one that blows out is to oil tank

Thanks, i got the same advice via Facebook and it's now sorted and running
