Title: Dynamo drive chain -1959 A10 GF

Can anyone recommend the best way to lubricate the above, please?  I am told that packing the compartment with thick HT grease was the BSA way.
Any advice would be appreciated

The factory service sheets say use 1/4 pound of light grease.

The chap who rebuilt my engine packed it with grease. Not sur if it was light or not but it is defo packed with grease.
