Hi what is best gasket sealer to use on paper gaskets to prevent oil leaks. Many thanks

A friend has been raving about Yamabond #4 non hardening grey gasket goo. I haven't used it myself but he managed to stop a 73 oil in frame Triumph from resembling a garden oil well. He also sealed Ducati single to a occasionally spot from a hot engine.

Apparently Three bond 1184 is the same stuff but easier to find in the UK

You dont need a paper gasket if you use 3bond. Be aware there is a specific version for 2 strokes.
