I HAVE A 1954 GOLD FLASH WHERE OIL SUPPLY CONNECTS TO CRANKCASE SHOULD IT BE A BOLT OR STUD MY HAS STUD SO CANT GET OIL PIPES OFF HELP !!!!!
Presuming it is a plunger sprung A10 then a bolt.

If you go on Dragafly's website they have a breakdown of all bikes, parts and part numbers, it almost as good as a workshop manual. I had a 1954 but not the plunger. It is always possible someone has buggered the thread and glued a stud in.
