Hello,
We've got an old photo (attached here) of my uncle, aged about 5, sat on my Grandad's bike in 1928. We think this photo was taken just after Grandad had bought the bike, he was a BSA fan and had owned other bikes from them.
The other day my daughter put the bike's reg into the DVLA on the off chance of finding out more, and we were amazed to find it's still registered and MOT'd. It was issued a new log book in March 2021, so we think it changed hands then.
If anyone has any idea of the bike's location or other info (we aren't sure what model of bike it is) that would be really good to know.
The DVLA shows it was first reg in July 1928 (we know this to have been by Grandad) and was a 249cc.
