Greetings.
I have just grafted a set of Yamaha VX 535 Viragon onto an A65 frame. I need a lot more braking on the front of my trike cos it needs an MOT. It was touch and go first time around but this should sort it out. So the frame in the pic is just for build purposes.

any thing is possible Mike.
the A10 has Aprilia RS125 front forks and cast wheel and disc with caliper. got a spare set of forks in the roof of the garage.
the T100 had T140 forks gave me a TLS brake
my Harley 1985 sportster had Yamaha thundercat forks , twin disc for the extra power.

Yes, going back a bit, I had a Commando front end on an A65. It was a beautiful bike to ride.

interesting just discovered i am in fork problems right now, (although i guessed iwould when we took them out too move it emptied a pint of rusty water and no oil!) , complication is i am in brittany france, prefer to keep original as tls brake, anyone know for a pair? Can't get the circlip out with heat or brutality!
Hi,
The TLS front brake did not come about until I think 1967/68 so the A10 was never fitted with one as standard. However, many owners have fitted a TLS brake to A10s as they are so much better than the standard one so stick with it.
Dave.
Yes dave the twin leading shoe wheel is all good, wish the forks were! I like bikes that stop a bit ;0) i Kinda knew the forks were US, such is life!

When I have these forks fitted and working properly I may have a set to sell. Complete forks and head stock. 1963/4/5 model.
