Title: Strap wrenches
Post by: Phil C on 09 Feb, 2022, 21:05
I plan to get a strap wrench (I have a difficult-to-undo fork seal holder, but also over the years have occasionally thought of getting one.)

Any recommendations please (esp based on experience)?

I usually tend to go for tools of a reasonable quality rather than cheap rubbish, but that said this is only for very occasional use.

Thanks in advance.               Phil

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Draper-Redline-68813-Filter-Wrench/dp/B011R8ON60/ref=asc_df_B011R8ON60/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310513207083&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6844563003582215222&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1006554&hvtargid=pla-359116104167&th=1

I tend to stick to Draper or named tooling, dont want cheap tools failing on customers bikes. bought s chain strap, similar item but used a chain not a leather belt. handle broke half way down!!
