Hi

Rebuilt the rear wheel and changed the rim on a 1966 a65 and lost a single spoke nipple.

Anyone have any idea what is the part number or size for a replacement?

It's an 18inch wheel with a 7 inch hub

Give Central Wheel Components in Coleshill a ring. They are helpful.

If your wheel has the standard spokes they are 10 swg and you need a 10 swg nipple.
