Has anyone had problems with L/washer timing pinion on the A65 ,rebuilding one at the moment and could do with a bit more o/d on the washer ,the present dimensions on the new and old one are o/d=0.891" the nut is 0.786",which leaves an overlap of approx 0.0525" any one make their own or know of a better source?.TIA

You could consider using loctite or another thread locker in place of the lock washer.
THANKS, I DO NOT KNOW IF LOCTITE EFFECTS THE TORQUE SETTINGS,WILL LOOK INTO IT .
