Title: 1969 Royal Star, the worst one ever
Post by: chaz on 27 May, 2021, 13:14
the tale of woe on this latest rebuild carries on, crank and cases been away for 5 months with no sign of an early return, the frame has been blasted and powder coated for the 4th time , it will have to do now.
my latest problem and I need some help, it looks like the powder coaters have lost the rear engine mount plates, presumably the A50RC from 1969 is the same as others, does anyone have a spare pair of engine plates or can they do me a drawing so that i can make some up please...
in nearly 40 years of rebuilding bikes this is the one thats becoming tedious and the final straw...
