I use Renolds chains on my A10 and BB32. The primary chain needs replacing and needs an odd number of links so a cranked link is required. The recommendation from Renolds is that this should be fitted with a rivetted link and not a split link. This is shown on the back of the chain box, unfortunately I cannot find anyone who sells riveting tools to set these rivets, and it appears that Renolds do not sell them either. What is required is a rivet setting punch and a ball ended punch; does anyone know where I can get them, what do other people use? You can buy chain riveting kits for modern bikes but it seems that unless you pay for a good one they are not much use. Any thoughts?
