I need to replace the shroud on the front forks of my Goldflash, is this possiblle without removing the forks ?

I'm no expert by any means but you will need to drop the stanchions out which means each leg dismantled. I think it would be a bit of a pain to try to do it without. Others with greater knowledge than me may be able to tell you if there are any shortcuts.
If it is the headlamp shroud. The Divers Helmet type around the headlight can be removed. If it is the shroud for the later A10 then no as the lower part covers the stanchions. The early ones there is stanchion covers under the Helmet and the separate headlamp one the shrouds cover the stanchions. So no easy way out I'm afraid.
