Title: 1965 A65 Lightning QD rear wheel spacer query?
Post by: geraldhattrick75 on 04 Mar, 2021, 22:41
What keeps the 'End Cover' 67- 6133 pinned up against the rear hub on my 1965 Lightning (QD rear wheel) please?

Sorry if I have asked this before. I thought I had it sorted- but apparently not. It's wobbling all over the place.

The rear wheel is wobbling? I have this problem on my A65, have yet to find the cause.

Hi,
The cover should have a lip on the internal side which fits snuggly onto the hub. The the distance piece then sandwiches it to keep it in place.

Best wishes...

Thanks very much Bess, that makes good sense.

I'll get onto it straightaway.

Best regards,
Dave.
