Hi All
So I have begun to build myself a pre 65 trials, a BSA C15 and like most fools I have purchased a pile of rubbish on fleabay, I am now the proud owner of 3 sets of C15 crankcases and a set of B25, I went through all the cases carefully and the best ones, in my opinion, turned out to be a 1959 set, I vapour cleaned them and tapped the threads in preparation of the build, I had removed all bearings and bushes so I could replace all new, I ordered the inner camshaft bush (that's the one in the crankcase half) but when it arrived it was miles too big, so I rang the supplier, and it seems the part numbers are a bit mixed up un some bushings, so I gave him the number from my 1959 parts book, he posted me the bush, and still far too big, I have been watching Michael Waller videos on youtube stripping a C15 engine, and the bush is the large one, the one I require is much smaller but I can't find it in any books, roughly I would say the one I have in the case is about 3/4 O.D and 1/2 I.D does anyone know about the change in size, I have a camshaft to fit the larger bush, but I don't have a camshaft to fit the small bush...I'm confused
