Title: BSA c15
Post by: Matchless ? 58 on 30 Oct, 2020, 21:40
Hi all
New to the forum . First of all I just want to say hello all .
Ok I am going to hold my hands up and admit first that I am a member of ajs and matchless owners club. ( Ducks behind the nearest parapet ).
If it's safe to come out now my first motorcycle was a 1963 c15 which I tried to turn into a gold flash lookalike . Typical 17 year old antics followed and I had a lot of fun on that bike until a Honda 400/4 turned my head and I sold it
Many bikes followed over the years but I never forget the little ceefer .
Call it silly old duffer syndrome but just lately I have a strong hankering to find it again so I dragged out the old photos and got the reg number .
Amazingly it is taxed and on the road . Colour is now green .
So the request is if anyone knows where 1963 BSA c15 reg number 451 FXP colour green is I would be grateful for information . If only to check out how it's doing . ( Unless it is for sale now ) .
I am going to look for another ceefer but I will wait to see if anyone knows anything of the whereabouts of this bike first .
Cheers Chris

Well at least you're in with a chance, it still exists and is currently taxed!

Greetings! Good luck in finding your old C15. Don't worry about being in another owners club, especially as you have now seen the light and are following the BSA path to enlightenment! ;)

Thanks for the welcome .
If I don't try I will always be left wondering so here's hoping .
I'm going to hold off looking for a new project for a while just in case .
I'm a lifetime biker but age catches up and I find I can have just as much fun on the smaller bikes now .
Best regards Chris
