Hi,

A tip for new pipes or if you get yours clean.  Paint the inside with a very high temperature paint.  It will work on used ones if they are really clean inside.  I think that there may be paints specifically for this but most VHT exhaust paints should work.  To get the paint down the pipe try to fit a nozzle with a tube.
Oh, and make sure the timing is right and exhaust valves seats in good order.

Dave.

You can Google Simichrome Blue Away. I haven't used it but it has been around for a very long time so perhaps it works. Cheers

Autosol and a lot of elbow grease will get rid of some of it but it is hard work!

 :) :) :)

When(if) you get new pipes try a couple of wraps of copper wire around them right up tight to the entry flange. It will help to dissipate the heat.

I have used BLUEBEGONE a product I think made for Harleys. It works well.
