« on: 20 July, 2020, 14:20:17 »
Hi,
I was looking into replacing the 190mm front hub for a phil pearson but it seems he's sold the machine rights on .
I have phoned the new owner but not definate as to when these will be available yet.
Does anyone have a secondhand one they want to sell?
Wanted to upgrade my shocking front brakes 67 spitfire

Thanks steve

I had a 1 owner ,very low milage Mk.2 back in the day .Yes the front brake was abismal .I now have a later single sided front brake that came with a rolling' later ''Spitfire frame ,with green linings fitted , now fitted to a BB33.I realise that the BB33 is a much ligther bike it is a fine stopper . I often wonder about the Spitfire looking at the Spec.it should have been a beast but sadly it was not .but my my it did look good .

Try surreycycles https://surreycycles.com/michaels-bsa-corner-2/ . They may have them . I have an EDDIE DOW replica on my gold star which looks similar and it stops .
