DVLA / Post office saga.
« on: 16 March, 2019, 09:05:42 »
I recently sent off my machine dating documents, DVLA form and payment for the registration.
I paid extra for track and trace service and signature.
DVLA say they haven't had them yet , track and trace still shows outstanding.
I can't get through to the post office because their line's are always busy.
Has anyone else had this pproblem.

i think the DVLA use a PO box type service where the documents get sent to a central area. I sent stuff to DVLA and they said they hadnt received but i ended up getting docs a few weeks later.

When did you send them?
