Hi all - I've a question about wheels. The wheels on my AA M21 should be black - black hubs and rims. Can anyone tell me if the spokes would also have been pained black when it left BSA, and if so would the wheels have been assembeled and the nipples etc all painted black? Or would all components have been painted black and then assembled? If so, is it just a matter of assembling the wheels and giving the whole thing to a powder coating firm?
