I think this looks suspicious apart from the price, if you check the other listings there is some pretty exotic stuff there!

The first one is totally suspicious - who would buy a Goldstar and then replace the engine for city use because the original one was too sporty!

I'm going to contact the second one to find out a bit more about it

Did you see the other goodies? I asked about the t120 8 valve rickman engine at £1500 and was told it was still for sale.

I tried to by a gold star off craigslist Aberdeen last november. it was a frame , tank ,and engine an was 6k . I agreed to buy it after contacting the seller to see if was still available . Emailed umpteen times and never heard from again .

I was just looking at Craigs list Hampshire. They have an A75R all in bits at £2200 so I said I'll have a couple of those to be going on with.

I contacted the chap who is selling the 2nd Goldstar engine and he seems legit. Unfortunately, he's based near Inverness and so I won't be taking this any further

Maybe theres someone in BSAOC from the inverness area who would care to check it out. At least its not Moscow this time.

I sometimes go to inverness and aberdeen with work!
